DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We use Australia Post for all our normal deliveries.

-Standard delivery is $9.00

-Express Delivery is $15.00

Both methods have a tracking number.

Larger/Bulk orders are sent by courier. This may incur a higher delivery fee. 

DELIVERIES TO OVERSEAS COUNTRIES

We only ship to New Zealand at this stage.

-Standard Shipping is $25.00AUD

Larger/Bulk orders to New Zealand may incur a greater postage cost.

There are times when we use couriers, as we have found our courier to be reliable and flexible, and they are normally able to deliver larger parcels more quickly.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can start any claims process for you.

Delivery Time

For Standard deliveries, you should receive your parcel usually within 2 - 7 working days (WA, SA, NT and TAS may take longer)
For Express post deliveries, you should receive your parcel usually within 1 - 4 working days (WA, SA, NT and TAS may take longer)

For International deliveries, this may take up to 21 days but in most cases is usually delivered within 2 weeks

For Australian deliveries, If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days, please contact us.

Payment Methods

To make shopping as easy as possible, we offer a wide variety of Payment Options.

At present, we are able to accept payment into our bank account via Direct Deposit and payment via Paypal for Visa, Mastercard, American Express and echeque, which is a bank transfer from your bank account via Paypal.

We accept Paypal payments online only.  

We also accept cheques and money orders.

For cheque or money order payments, please print out your Shopping Cart and send along with your payment to:

For postal payments, please consider that by the time your payment reaches our office and banked then must clear through the banking system, there will be a lengthy delay in you taking receipt of your item.
